WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AMOUNT DEBITED

Dear sir,

About five years i am maintaining my savings account with icici bank. my a/c no is : 000901553240 in the names of Mr. Venkatesan/Mrs. Jayanthi. One week before my ledger balance is Rs.49895 /-. Today i received one sms from this bank that is "Your Ac XXXXXX553240 is debited INR49, 749.57 on 01-FEB info : 4477460409296003. Avl balance: INR146.42". I shoked when i received this message. Without my knowledge they debited my account. After i realised my ICICI credit card is due on 12-jan. Minimum amount due is Rs.8090. Total amount Due is Rs.49749.57. I planed to pay the minimum amount mentioned in the statement. But without my knowledge they deducted the full due amount. Please kindly take steps to release my balance amount. Then only i can face my other important commitments.
