Misbehabior and service issue

Dear sir

i sanjay mishra having a ac no 033005004989 in anand vihar branch in anand vihar branch mr abhishk is a working as officer he is doing thair personal work in office . i give him for rtgs at 1.1.pm but rtgs was not don by 3pm .i asked him why rtgs not don he said complaint kar do kuch nahi hota time milega to kardenge. so is it way of service.i am waiting for your responce
