Information Not Being Provided By the Bank Relating to Personal Loan

Hi I have a personal loan from ICICI that I have been paying EMI for the last 2 years or so. However due to an unfortunate incident I have lost the documents relating to that personal loan. As a result I do not have access to the personal loan account no or any other information pertaining to that loan. The EMI is being paid out automatically from my HDFC bank salary AC No-02771610019930, Salt Lake, Sec - II Branch in Kolkata. I have sent repeated mails to ICICI Bank for the last 3 days asking for some response in helping me out by providing me the Loan Account No and also telling me how many months I would have left for my loan amount to be fulfilled, but I have received no response from them. This is causing me emotional duress and effecting my life to a great extent. I would like help in getting a positive response from ICICI.
