Harrasment by credit card recovery agents

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding harrasment which ICICI bank recovery agents are doing.

I received a call from ICICI bank credit card deparmrnt (recovery agents) on tuesday, 9.3.2010 at around 2.00 pm citing that someone has defaulted in credit card payment upto rs.3 lakhs and he has given your reference while taking the card and they went on abusing me and uttering very bad language which you cannot expect from reputed bank.

Now i want to know how i am responsible if someone gives my name as a reference and whether bank has any right to abuse me in such a manner?

Please guide me in the aboove manner so that i initiate some action against the company for harrasing me in such a manner.
