Wrong Information Provide to CIBIL

I have applied a car loan last month. Unfortunately, I got a call from the bank that my car loan was declined due pending balance in the CIBIL report. In the document one personal loan is showing of Rs 40000. I was shocked because in my whole life I have never taken any personal loan. To sort out this problem I consult with your two ICICI bank branches (Sushant Lok Gurgaon & Sector 14 Gurgaon, Haryana) but no solution came out. After that I talked with customer care and she said in our data base only your name & date of birth is matched and rest of the details which I told her was not matching so I would like to request you please help me to sort out this problem from CIBIL side.
