Deduction of money from account

Hello Sir/Madam, I have a savings bank account in ICICI BANK, Tiruvananthapuram, Kerela. Today I came to know that bank have deducted Rs 8000 from my account without any notice to me. I came to know that it was deducted as loan amount but I have never taken any loan from the bank. I called Customer care but their behaviour and response was bad towards me. I don't know how to deal with this situation...
