Hello sir/madam

with reference to subject, I (DHEERAJ NIGAM) want to inform you that i have one credit card no:4477468281683008 which i have settled down through your kanpur branch in feb and after some time i got ZERO OUT STANDING STATEMENT . but till date my CIBIL REPORT is showing that i am written off for that card .why it is showing written off .let me tell .i have applied so many complained to ur representative but i have not get any reply from ur side. I am also sending my CIBIL report to u
