Attitude issue/no courtsey

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working with a pvt organizations for last fifteen years and as my job demands travelling, i travel a lot as its a transferable job i keep on moving from one place to other. Recently i had joined one organization at HQ Lucknow and they had a salary account with ICICI Bank so i was asked to open up a account over there and i opened the account giving my Dehradun address for communication. and came back to Dehradun. After a month when my salary was credited in that account, i went to the ICICI Bank NCR Plaza branch for withdrawl of my salary with all documents like pan card etc, once i asked for self withdrawl of one lakh rupees they (ICICI BANK) REFUSED to provide me my money by saying that your branch is of lucknow. The staff and the branch manager were very rude.
