Auto Debited from ATM machin not working

My amount of Rs. 2400 auto debited from ATM where I comes for payment retrieval of Rs. 2400 (1200 twice) at atm but due to technical fault its not received just because of Rs. 500 or 1000 will accept retrieval from ATM. Pls find the details which amount was not retrieved from ATM and his next transaction I have received of Rs. 1000.00.

Now request you to Kindly resolve this issue and credit this ATM amount of Rs. 2400.00 in my account.
