Dear Sir/Madam
I Just want to say that due to some mistake my online banking account was disable and after that i call to ICICI bank customer care No - 9814061616-ludhiana (http://www.icicibank.com/pfsuser/bonds/bonds/bournetwork.htm) he said to me that He is not from ICICI Bank and its his personal Number. How can be it possible. The No. is on official website. And how can a company give any personal person no. on the official website.
