Cheating done by credit card division

Tele executive (Sunitha) 8807148954 from icici bank called me and spoke regarding full and final settelment.,

she and her manager agreed for 12000 as full and final settelement, they asked me to pay the amount in nearest branch and scan and send me the acknowledgement to the official mail id (sanjay.menon2icicibank.com) i followed their instructions and did the same. and later i waited for 20 days, still i have not got the settelment letter. and now iam trying to call sunitha her docomo mobile number switched off. i never expected this things from icici bank. my opinion is that no one should have relationship with icici bank. its actually bullshit bank.
