I have an ICICI Bank Credit Card for last 6yrs, they offered me a personal loan with the amount equalling to my credit limit over the phone in the FY2008. I cleared my loan amount in FY now I have two complaint regarding the working of ICICI Bank -they did not issue me the "NO DUE CERTIFICATE" and moreover they spoiled my credit rating by misrepresentig the data with CIBIL for the loan which was paid in full in 2008.

When raised a question - the bank says that they issue NOC only on customer request. and on spoiling my credit score due to non-updation of the data, they are accepting there mistake but not saying why they delayed in updating the record with CIBIL.

I need a compensation from the Bank as they would have not corrected the information if I would have not got my credit report from CIBIL and the emotional trauma I have gone through.
