Non receipt of inetest on icici bank tax saving bonds

I had purchased 6 tax saving bonds of 5000/- each face value vide deemed allotment date 08-04 with redemption date 08-04. I have received a cheque for rupees 31687 on my communication address but was surprised to learn that my previous cheques of interest have neither been deposited in my account through ECS in my account nor have i received any cheque on my address. please ensure that the due amount is sent as early as possible.
