Home Loan Refund yet not after 2 Yrs

Loan no :- NHPUN00000742120 SR. :- SR139618545

I don't understand what the shit is going on. ICICI people are taking my money since 2 yrs . you are not giving my money back to me.

As per the agent i have been informed that first you will receive pre-section letter and we are charging only 500 rs. for the doceument charges adn then you decide wether you want to go for loan then only we will proceed otherwise only 500 rs. will be minise from the total amount and rest amount will refund to you as per the bank process.

I was on call with agent for six month and every time he promised that cheque is in process of refund and then it will be process and then cuiried like that he took 6 months and then suddenly he changed his cell no.

I want my money back in any case with interest from the date you are delay to pay else i will go for legal procedure agaist you.

I want urgent reaction on the same as soon as possible.
