Already done payment inspite this they demanding money

I am ankur lodha having a credit card of icici bank no.is 5176533651692003.on dated 13/08.one of the icici bank officer mr.randhir tiwari*99693096758 and his manager miss neha sawant 022-64562865 ext*2828 has come to my office and colect money from me and also two piece of card with a letter from me that this is the final payment of your card and you get a zero balance letter with in 3 days .but i cant get till now .ispite of this icici bank officer vdemand me the full payment again.i also going to jb nagar andheri (e) and talk to the officer but they said me that the officer who collect money is left the bank and you have to pay the full amount.after six montrh they again harased my family.so plz help me as i already pay more than a lakh rupee inspite of 52000.plz help me and reply back as soon as possible and take a necessary action against the bank.
