Unknown Charges levied by bank

This is to bring to the notice, I have got my salary account with ICICIbank in Hyderabad, I noticed there was 2 deductions of Rs 5.62 in my account, on query with the bank I got reply it is fuel surcharge for purchase of fuel Rs 312. I do not have vehicle nor have I purchased any fuel, I had purchased Railway ticket online and the amount was clearly given and service charge of Rs 10 to process by ICICIbank, so where does this hidden amount come from when the bank has taken service charge and I have agreed only for the Rs 312 it does not have any right to charge me on the Rs 312 transaction. I think ICICI bank is answerable to me.

I do not accept it debiting from my account any money and giving away without my consent.
