A/C Closing charges

Sir;

I opened FDs A/C in your Davangere branch FD No 061314000057 Rs 4 Lakh & No 061314000058 Rs 1 Lakh for 390 days. Your bank offered me 0 balance Titanium A/C No 061301000296 with these FDs.

After maturity I withdraw FDs amount and its linked Titanium A/C No 061301000296 also closed.

As per your bank rules thereis no charges if a/c closed after 365 day. But Davangere Branch manager charged closing charges Rs 552.At time of closing on 2-2 I requested Manager to that you cannot charge if a/c is closed after 365 days He replied that this is system genereted mistake I cannot help you. Therefore; Please arrage to repayment this charges.
