Illegal deduction of amount

Sir, I do not appriciate the working of ICICI BANK. It is wonderful, the poor account holders are enjoying the TAMASHA of icici bank as bank reverses the amount on the complaint of account holder which deducted illegally. After 3-4 days the bank again deducted some part amount from the accounts no. 018501502144 and 033001000687 which are in the hit list, the same are suffering. Now it is difficult to understand the system of bank. I wil request icici bank to refund our amount and maintain good relation. Further, I will like to say that lay out designing of the icici bank is better than other banks. This should be maintained and ignore hidden charges. THANKS.
