ICICI bank Application form no. 9003160284 dated 12/03. My 3 in 1 account opening form was rejected on 10/05 with the reason "cant open in single name". Which i am unable to understand, because i am having DMAT/savings/trading accounts in HDFC bank and State bank with same name. HDFC bank cheque, SBI a/c statement and PAN card was enclosed with a/c opening for for ready reference. Moreover I can't change my name as per ur wish. If anyway it was to be rejected i want it officially on bank's letterhead so that i can takeup the matter with appropriate authority.
