Harrasment on phone

One employee called himself mr manoj having mobile no. 974089993 & 8970563017 was following up for personal loan payment from last month. i assured him that i will pay the monthly installment every month as i am not in position to do the settlement he agreed for it and i already paid the installment of that month. Suddenly he called yesterday on my wife's mobile and when i started to talk to him he started to use foul language and he demanded that i should send my wife for one night to him and he will repay my loan which is clear case for harassment
