ICICI Bank
Inadequate Service level

ICICI claims to the topmost bank in Indiaqn Private Sector, but does not even qualify to be among the local cooperative banks.

They are having a downtime now from the last Two and half days.

On 14th June when I had been to the bank to deposit money they never informed that I will not be able to utilize it due to their downtime. Nor was any information send to the customers. It was on late after noon of 15th June they put an alert on the website stating till18th there will be fluctuations. A week for the top bank to resolve a downtime. Ridiculous!!!

I was supposed to make a payment for my trading account (fortunately not ICICI), and had linked ICICI bank account for the same. I have the facility of making transfers from the site through ICICI gateway, but since ICICI was down my stocked where squared off for loss.

ICICI is responsible for the loss due to their inadequate service. Please suggest how I can file a complaint against ICICI bank so that they cover my losses.
