Want my ICICI Bank CC to be activated or settled

Greetings,

I am K. Rajitha i have a ICICI SOLID GOLD Credit card # 4477470359565000. I have asked for the settlement of the card to the person who has called me for the payment. Because even after paying the minimum amount the card is still not active. When contacted the customer care they said that the card is active. My outstanging was 9, 000 rs, which moved to 11, 819.11 with the service charges, late fee and so on. My Total Credit Limit Rs. 20, 000.00 and Available Credit Limit Rs. 8, 180.89 and still i am not able to use my card. I have been repeatedly asking them to send a executive to settle my ICICI CC. But after making multiple request they are not helping me out. I have stopped the payment because they are not activating my card nor doing a settlement of my card. I would not like to pay make the payment if the card is not active or settled.

So i kindly request you to look into this matter ASAP and either Activate my card so that i can use it and also make my payments or settle my card. I would like to continue have the service with ICICI. If my card is activated back if not settled.
