Loan EMI started early

Loan Account: LAMUM00021899825

Inspite of the Loan Sales Exec confidently telling me that the EMIs for my car loan will start in July, the bank tried to take an early June EMI from my bank. As I was obviously not aware of the early date, the funds were not kept in the bank.

The bank now wants to charge a bounce charges of 442 from loan account and separate bounce charges of 220 55 on bank account (004801556630) - for a mistake by their sales executive.

Had they even bothered to call me after the loan was disbursed and had informed me about the loan cycle and other details - this disaster could have been averted.

ICICI bank loans and savings account is one of the worst facilities ever. Though I cannot do anything about the loan account right away, I am certainly going to change my salary account to a more humane bank!!
