Some other persons Housing Loan recovered through my account

ICICI Home loans recovered the EMI of some third person from my account. After months of followup, they finally paid me back my money, but they deducted some amount as their bank charges. I was shocked to learn that. Instead of paying me interest for their error, the deducted money from my account

I have been chasing them for quite a while but still no response. The Head of service quality who is considered the top person to resolve this issue, has been mum and not responding to any emails

I am not sure what kind of ethics this bank follows. Its a shame!
