10, 000 debited from account

Hi,

I tried to draw money from non icici bank (Dena Bank) atm centre using ICICI debit card. Transaction was cancelled as it shown in the slip. Then i went to HDFC to draw RS. 10, 000 and check the balance as it shows 10, 000 debited from account 2 time. Then after that i called customer care and created a request my account no. is 023501515890 & request No. SR144843533.

The above total happend on June 26 in the evening.

please revert back 10, 000 ruppes. this is very urgent for me money.

Now i am helpless from ICICI

I have alreay discuss Customer Care of DENA BANK he is agree for this mistake from ATM.

Kindly help me onthis issue and reply me.
