Wrong transaction

ICICI Bank... Bank!!!...a bunch of crooks.

Had this horrible experience with RD account... they debited more installments than they were supposed to.

Didnt refund the extra installment even after compain lodged after one hour spend over phone banking... one hour..that pathetic.

Didnt not credit the amount on maturity... was made to beg for another one hour over phone banking.

And all this happened... because of technical error?

We are just being taken for a ride... this is banking at its worst.
