Internet banking fraud

Through internet banking on 16/06 to 11/07 18 nos. of transaction done by some body and taken a sum of Rs.92, 257/- from my icici bank a/c No.021301500035, I have gone through the statement on 12/07. immediately reported the matter to local icici bank & customer care of icici bank their complaint SR No.146044040 daTED 12/07.They have taken time upto 13th Aug'10 to solve the matter. They have given this matter to their investigation branch. But not yet inform me anything.
