UPGRADATION OF CREDIT CARD

On 31 Aug. a offer through SMS was received for the upgradation to Titanium Card. For the purpose, I was asked to conform by sending a SMS -

UPG T to 5676766. Accordingly, SMS was sent on the same day. But till date, no response.

Morever I wish to extend my Credit Limit on my Card. Can u help? I tried through Customer Care No., but failed.
