No delivery of consignment

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am waiting for courier from you which is sent by ICICI Bank. Doc no LT 594289326. It is with you since 23/09/10. I have still not received the same. I stay in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

I am really sorry to experience such a bad service from your side. Hope you deliver my consignment at the earliest. I think Post office delivers faster than your SIGMA COURIER.
