Installation of credit car machine

I hve applied for the machine from last two months ur representatives, managers, call centre people everyone has one thing to tell it will take two days or ten days call centre made me wait for ten days for ans but not a good ans was there with them. today was the last day they had promised me but the ans is there were three holidays so couldnot install the machine it is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow service from ur dept ridicoulous no one is bothered to inform still waitinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng for the ans dont understand if i get the machine what further will happen will i get my money in my account or iwill have to fight forthat in future very very upseting
