CALCULATING CHARGES EVEN NOT USING THE CARD FOR 4 YEARS

I was used ICICI Card in 2007 and I was go for settlement and I was paid Rs.10000/- and they won't give any confirmation letter and after 3 years they again started to call me and they want me to settle the amount, I was paid morethan my usage. How can I proceed further.
