I registered a request to update my mobile number for online banking on 15th Oct and I specifically mentioned that I wanted to do it to reset my online banking password. They asked me to wait for 4 working days and when I called on 20th, again asked me to wait for 24 hours. Again I called on 21st and they told me that number is not updated and would be updated in next hour. Executive also told me that she would send a confirmation email on my email address.
After waiting for 2 hours, I didn't receive any mail and when I call customer care again, executive told me that I can not reset password within 30 days of registering mobile number.
Why this information was not given to me when I registered a request to update mobile number to reset password on 15th?
What about the commitment of resolving the request in 4 working days.. coz it was not resolved on 21st even if requested on 15th?
The worst customer service in India is ICICI bank. It was my big mistake that I opened account in that bank. completely wastage of time, no customer service. Bank is only making money from customer without giving service. Interested only in making new customers. Motto is to hell with existing customer.
