Unwanted Charges

I work on a Cruise Liner. 9 months back before i could leave for my trip. i had asked ICICI Bank to convert 32, 000 rs which i had due on my credit card to be converted in 6 e.m.i so that i can pay it conveniently for which they readily agreed. after 6 months when i came back i realised that they had already deducted more than 37, 000 rs from my account and on top of that when they did have anymore cheques to withdraw anyomre money from my account, they kept sending me credit card statements where they had added 5, 000 rs onto my bill and they kept adding 600 rs every month on to my account saying late payment fees. I was all confused when i sent an e-mail to the bank manager. He said that i will have to pay the money no matter what. I refused to pay them the money. Now they have sent me a mail saying that i have to pay them 6, 600 rs anf that they have already informed CIBIL and RBI to blacklist me. I just dont know what to do. I do not want to be known as a defaulter but tat the same time do not want to pay that money. can anybody tell me how to deal with this situation?
