Fake note

I withdrew INR 1, 500 from ICICI atm old rajendra nagar branch, New Delhi and out of this I found Rs 1000 was a counterfiet note which bank people are not ready to take back. They are saying it is not from our bank's atm... unfortunately that day when I withdrew money after that i tore and threw transaction slip but I have mini statement with me in which it showes that I had withdrawn INR 1, 500. Now, I have been cheated by this ICICI bank. Please help me
