Nonreceipt of redemption of tax saving bonds

Dear Sir,

I have purchased icici tax saving bond for Rs15, 000/- in February. Bondholder no. 622946 bond NO.TSB1 2925528. Date of redemption is 11/03. In your letter dated Sept.21, you have mentioned that redemption amount will be sent by D.D. I have sent a request to 3i infotech limited. Tower#5. 3rd floor international infotech park, vasi railway station complex vashi. navi mumbai 400703, to send Rs.15890 by Demand Draft to my office address. Till date amount has not been received.

Due to hospitalization of my wife, I could not receive the Regd. Post at my residential address, the D.D may please be sent to my following office address.
