Wrong claim on credit card balance

My wife is getting frequent SMS in her mobile that she has to pay balance amount of Rs41426/ for credit card balance before certain date. To our surprise neither myself and my wife do not have any credit cards.
Though the matter was taken up with nearby ICICI bank, still it is not resolved and continue get such messages.
Bank of such stature do not indulge such mal practices and harrase common people. We shall take up the issue to consumer redresal forum for claiming of possible damages
