Refund against Overdraft facility

I have a salary account with ICICI Bank and a representative of the same bank asked for attaching an Over Draft account and confirmed that it will be chargeable only if you will over draw amount having in your account. After two year without any prior notice/ information they have deducted Rs. 4700/- from my account and after making complaint (No.:158326387) they reversed Rs. 551/-. for remaining amount they are not responding properly. Please look into the matter and settle the case.
