I have 11500 Rs in my account and I'm not able to use it because its freeze. Kindly unfreeze my account I cant go to any branches Because i'm admited Hospital for leg fracture and ambulance chargeing me 2500 If I visit any icici bank branche. So I need to pay hospital bills

its my money please dont freeze it I need it very urgently. I will maintain QAB in future please do the needfull as soon as possible ..
