My name is Amit. I have a ICICI bank gold credit card. I have paid all my dues before time. According to my record i have paid all my dues. Even after complaining to them many times they are not willing to verify it. instead they are harassing to take legal action against me. the amount due according to them is Around Rs 6000/-.
please help.
