Fradulant debit of money from my icici account

I have an account with icici bank, .on 18 december five purchaces were made between 2;45 and 4;15 pm amounting to rs 24157, using my visa debit card at big bazar chennai without my knowledge though i was in trichy and my credit card was with me .i raised a camplaint immideatly through costumer care and blocked my debit card .my complaint no is sr161226039.i would like to know what action has been taken and when will i get back my money
