Money Withdrawal without notification

Hello Sir,

I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 3.5 years.

Rs. 827.00 was withdrawn from my account saying a transaction QABChgs, oct-dec10 ST77 - 19/01.

The minimum balance was not maintained for a month and two days. But, the charges were for the total 3 months from october - december.

There should be some formal process for doing such things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.
