PASWORD NOT DELIVERD TO MY ADDRESS SINCE LAST ONE MONTH

Dear Sir,

The complaints is regarding the net banking password not deliverd to my address which is mentioned in ICICI Bank database. Also when i tried to generate online password, then six digit unique code is not deliverd on my mobile no.(919810265756).

There is ANIL SHARMA n call center, he is supervisor.he commits me that he can delivedr the password within in 4 days, but still nothing happened.

Also when i called on call center number, they put me hold on for a long time, due to which my balance also deduct.

I am mentally disturb due to thia, even thogh, they talk very badly and not fulfill commitment.

Please hlep me to solve this, i am totally disturb due to this.
