Credit card payment fraud

I have a credit card of ICICI Bank, which had been converted to an EMI account (No. 9401340022787002) to clear the dues. The EMI mode selected was for 12 months starting from January to December and the EMI amount was Rs. 2161.00.

I had started paying EMI's from January and payed Rs.2200.00 every month till December. Now the bank is claiming that I have not payed some EMI's and in one month the payment was Rs. 220.00 as per banks record. I have all the receipts of the payments I have made, and I had visited ICICI Bank Sarat Bose Road Branch as they had requested me, with all the receipts. Still the problem has not been sorted out and still they are disturbing me to pay the same.

Please help me to get out of this...
