ATM Power OFF and Money Deducted

Dear Concern,
Today i.e 27/03 i have use ICICI Bank ATM Wajid Nagar at 11:20 AM as an when the atm about to dispence the cash the power shuts off and the amount has been deducted from my account.
Pls do needful to reverse my deducted amount.
