Shall we carry a camera every time while going to ATM for proof

I requested transection (3000 cash) from ICICI ATM at NSP (ATM ID S1CW3877), but cash did not dispensed.

still the amount is deducted from my account.

My request turned down.

On every step of complaint i got the mail that we tried to contact you but you were not available on phone. How can this be justified for a mobile no, the statement shows that the officials at ICICI bank are lying.

I was having faith on ICICI thats why i never go to ATM with a camera recording myself, otherwise i would be having a proof that the cash was not dispensed.
