Today I got struck in a very unhappy situation were ICICI and HDFC were involved. I being an ICICI bank customer was not at all supported by ICICI not even the MD desk person meenakshi paid any intrest in getting it resolved. However HDFC bank not even listen to me but even are trying to get my concern resolved. See guys (ICICI) I think ICICI is the worst bank to bank with. Pethetic. Soon be posting the whole experience at all common fourums as let the world listen how good u r when it comes to customer delight...
