Abusive caller from the bank

Dear Bank Staff,

I am NRI in QATAR and my wife recieved a call from ICICI bank (allegedly) and the caller was very abusive and has caused a huge distress to my wife. This was regarding some credit card but he was very abusive and shouting.

The phone number is 919582798130.

I have alraedy lodged a complaint with Indian High Commission and wanted to inform the bank.
