Utilisation of Recovery agents (Credit Card No. 9401270203515007

I have given complaint against the Bank in Reserve Bank of India's Ombudsman on 20, Dec. 29th July and 29, Dec. 2010. No action was taken by the Bank. My effort for more than 3 years was futile. Either the Bank or the RBI has done nothing. Instead of

taking action on my complaint, it sent letters to pay the oustanding amount. Considering my request the outstanding amout should be waived off immediately.
