CHQ MISPLACED AND NO RESPONSE

Hi... I m kamaldeep bhardwaj.

I am here for describe some commitment by banks which are continously fake.

One of bank which got "Best Customer Satisfaction award" from last 3 years, is no deaf.

No single one responding, how to resolve the issue. One forward to other and other forward also other.

Even Customer care as well as griveance cell also not responding.

Whats the hell with them, only god knows.

I deposited my chq in 4th of april and as per commitment within 14 days it will be credited to my account. but no single trascation done.

When i visitited local office, they said it will take one day more.

then again no responding.

They provide me customer care number and then they provide local number and issued same pending

even i registered my complaints to grivenace cells. and they also speechless.

No one responding.

IF any one have idea please confirm.
