ANW Charges for less than Rs.50, 000 deposit

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I an Bhuvaeswari Raman, having a savings account in ICICI bank at Nungambakkam branch, Chennai. My account no. is 000901577912. My account has been credited with a sum of Rs.45, 000 on 28th April. It is found that Rs.225 and Rs.23 has been deducted as ANW charges and S-Tax respectively. It was told that till Rs.50, 000 transaction, there will be no extra charges. Please do take corrective actions to reverse my money as soon as possible.
